NADDI On The Road...
Our Participation in The Rx Drug Diversion World
The reputation of NADDI as the leading training organization in the area of pharmaceutical drug diversion education, investigation, and prevention brings a diverse number of requests for assistance. The requests are for NADDI's support and collaboration with partners in various areas of government, industry, and other non-profit organizations to expand our collective goals in the fight against prescription drug abuse. "NADDI on the Road" highlights the numerous events the NADDI organization attends throughout the year. The NADDI Board of Directors provides this information to our membership to inform them of the constant focus of the organization to reduce diversion while allowing legitimate patients uninterrupted access to their medications.
3/31-4/3 - Treasurer Lynne Thompson and Secretary Jennifer Carpenter will represent NADDI at our exhibit table in Lousiville, Kentucky at the PRIDE2010 33rd Annual World Drug Prevention Conference.
4/12-13 - President John Burke participates in RADARS® quarterly meeting in Washington, DC
4/14 - Executive Director Charlie Cichon will attend RADARS® Annual Meeting in Washington, DC
4/16 - Annual Woburn District Court HEAT Program - NADDI VP Lisa McElahaney will present
4/19-21 - Executive Director Charlie Cichon and President John Burke are speaking at the National Alliance of State Drug Enforcement Agencies (NASDEA) and HIDTA Domestic Highway Enforcement (DHE) conference in Las Vagas, NV. In addition, NADDI will have an informational booth for attendees.
4/23 - Maryland State Chapter will host a 1 day training at Ocean City PD Public Safety Building
4/27-28 - NADDI Western Regional Training Conference at the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas, NV
4/29 - ED Charlie Cichon will represent NADDI at the Northshore Education Consortium Fundraiser - the 4th Anniversary of Recovery High School
5/4 - MCTFT will conduct a 1 day training in Elkridge, MD for Baltimore/DC HIDTA - ED Charlie Cichon will conduct the training
